We typically do not do design consultations, but we are more than happy to do so! :D The best way to book our services is to scroll to the bottom of the Services page and email us directly with more info please. Our company’s philosophy is to not base our fees on what you may choose to spend on your project (percentage costs). It is our preference and custom to base our fees on the scope of the project. The fee is based on our experience of what will be required to deliver to you a service that meets or exceeds your expectations. Our commitment to you is to provide only the services needed and/or requested by you. Goals Our mission is to deliver value driven designs for residential and commercial projects, with the permits to build them. Together we will explore new design ideas, discuss innovative solutions and maintain cost-effective projects while building lasting relationships. It is our understanding that the extent of the project’s scope of work is to include, but not be limited to the following: Scope of Work: (Please see attached Scope of Work sheet with project details and notes). The Process… This proposal will include 3-4 Contract(s). A detailed description of what is provided in each contract plus estimated fees are shown in the proposal in which we send after the Design Consultation initial meeting.
